We are looking for a dedicated and 8+years experienced Project Site Engineers to oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for Residential and Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electrical, mechanical (HVAC, lifts), structural fabrications, and other associated works at the site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities at the construction site for Residential and Commercial projects.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards,proper finishings and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, lifts, and structural fabrication works.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare reports on site activities.
• Inspect and verify the quality of works, materials, and equipment installed.
• Resolve technical and site problems promptly.
• Maintain documentation related to site activities, inspections, and progress.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Provide technical guidance and support to site team and subcontractors.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects, ensuring projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil construction projects
   
• Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control and budgeting
   
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate quantity assessment
   
• Track project expenditures and prepare cost reports and variance analysis
   
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams
   
• Evaluate contractor bills, subcontractor claims, and certifications
   
• Assist in tendering, contract evaluation, and finalization
   
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and project standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
   
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
   
• Experience in handling large-scale civil or infrastructure projects is an advantage
